La La, The Magic Song/ In The Summer

Two great, uptempo sides... The B side is an especially danceable instrumental. It's surprising how little I could find on the web about this single... for example, the release date isn't documented anywhere that I could find, except for one U.K. site that shows the release year as 1969. There's also different information about the label, with at least one site saying it's Washington, D.C.-based, and the rest saying it's Baltimore-based. The group apparently earlier recorded as The Blendels. Note: This beautiful copy has Mint labels and very nearly Mint vinyl and audio.
