From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed promo copy. The A side turned out to be Clayton's biggest charting Black/R&B hit, and it's as wonderful as you might expect. The real surprise here, though, is Clayton's powerful cover of the Elvis Presley hit, "Suspicious Minds." Thanks to a big arrangement that grows bigger each verse, Clayton turns this number into a big, brash soul rocker. Makes me love the song all over again!
