Originally released on Kapp 869, this reissue reproduces the original Kapp label for this hard-edged Northern Soul classic, which sits at #27 in Kev Roberts' list of the 500 greatest. Once again, there is some mystery surrounding this recording... no one really knows for sure who the singer is, for example. The flip is another northern soul classic, also a Bob Schwartz production originally released on Kapp.
