Besides the A side of this classic single  which occupies spot #259 in Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest singles of all time and #29 on Rolling Stone's list  the B side is listed at No. 598 in Marsh's book! So this single ends up taking two places in his book... One of only a few classic 45s to achieve that feat. This is the original issue, without 'a subsidiary of...' etc. language on label. By the way, this single is specially edited from a 2:35 album track. This great B side, by the way, was a non-album cut that didn't appear on the "Help!" album. Note: This copy comes in a beautiful picture sleeve that just misses a Near Mint grade to reflect some light ringwear and bit of top-edge wear (see scan). The 45 itself doesn't look as good as it sounds, with an A side label that has a small sticker and some small writing (the B label is pristine). The vinyl grades a strong EX to reflect some light scuffing. The audio, however, sounds Near Mint to me with just a light touch of surface noise occasionally audible but otherwise very strong sound.
