This Cat Stevens-penned tune remains a personal favorite. The single has an edited version of the 3:05 album track, cutting out about 20 seconds of unmusical and unnecessary party-noise-making from the start of LP version. The 45 starts where the song should: Right on that downbeat! Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Epic Records factory sleeve. Its labels would grade Mint but for a small checkmark on the A side (see scan). The vinyl (styrene) looks almost untouched, and the audio sounds pristine Mint!
