This is a beautiful copy of the first pressing with the yellow/orange swirl label, crediting "Walter Hofer" as publisher on the B side. As a point of trivia, second pressings credit "George Pincus & Sons" as publisher, and third pressings credit "Gil Music." Note: This copy comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. The A label has a circled "M" lightly stamped on it, below the Capitol logo on the left.
