Trying to milk Beatlemania for all it was worth with what little catalog they had, Swan actually released this version of "She Loves You," with the Beatles singing the song in German. Their German is quite good, I'm sure... after all, they largely developed their act and their membership while playing in Hamburg nightclubs a few years earlier. Despite American fans' rabid appetite for all things Beatles in 1964, however, this release almost didn't crack the Bilozoard Hot 100, and hence is one of their rarer singles from that period. Note: The A side label has some very light ringwear. This is the first pressing, with "(She Loves You" on a line below the German title, white label/red print.
