Originally released on Reprise 1078. This is a copy of the rare, terrific pairing of two of T. Rex's greatest hits, on the original orange Reprise "Back To Back Hits" label. Though T. Rex had only one hit in the U.S. and three other 45s that rose only about as high as #70 each, Marc Bolan and his band racked up 10 consecutive Top 10 hits in the U.K., of which "Telegram Sam" and 3 others were chart-toppers. American rock fans really did miss out on some good stuff during Britain's "Glam Rock" period!
