Before they hit the big time in 1985, the Hooters released this and a couple of other singles on the indie 80 Percent label. At this stage in their career, they are clearly big fans of the British reggae/ska revival. This 45, definitely one of their best ever, is dedicated to the memory of Bob Marley. The flip of the picture sleeve has a very cool photo of the band.
