Based on its many virtues, "Bertha Lou" should have been a big hit... It's first-generation Rockabilly at its snarly best. No matter all that, however, because given how frankly horny this guy describes himself, it's surprising the song managed to chart nationally at all! By the way, the flip is quite good as well. Note: This copy comes in a vintage ABC-Paramount Records factory sleeve. The audio starts out near mint, but it has intermittent stretches with surface noise caused by light scratches.
