This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original picture sleeve. As both the sleeve and the labels note, this track was from the "1988 Summer Olympics album One Moment In Time." This was Carmen's last chart single as a solo artist. For the uninitiated, Eric Carmen was the lead singer and primary songwriter for the inimitable 1970s Power Pop band The Raspberries.
