When We Kiss/ Magic Carpet Ride

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original Enigma Records factory sleeve. This danceable 'Magic Carpet Ride' (not the Steppenwolf song!) was released a couple of months before as the A side, with the sexy 'When We Kiss' on the B side. When first releaseed, 'Magic' got to #81 in February 1988. 'Kiss' became their biggest chart hit. Both tracks are labeled as "Radio Edits" of the respective album versions clocking at 4:52 and 3:23, respectively. The fact that the album version of 'Magic' is shorter than the "Radio Edit" suggests it's a remix rather than an edit, per se. Note: This copy has light storage wear that lowers the Label grade to Near Mint. The wax and audio are pristine.
