From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. Vocal duo of Martha Walsh and Izora Rhodes, later recorded as the Weather Girls, here recording as "The Two Tons" while previously as "Two Tons of Fun." This was their last chart single before adopting the Weather Girls name, and it's a terrific dancer in a Philly Style with a dynamite rhythm section... well worth seeking out! By the way, this 45 has a specially edited version of a 4:55 album track. Note: This copy has light storage wear that lowers the Label grade to Near Mint. The wax and audio are pristine.
