Originally released on U.A. 173. Here it is... the first time most of us had heard ELO. What to make of it? Who knew what a fan of classic rock Jeff Lynne actually was... this wasn't a bastardization of the Chuck Berry classic, it was a tribute! Amazing concoction then, still amazing now. This is a lke-new copy of the U.A. Silver Spotlight reissue, highly prized by ELO fans, perhaps for its great, well mastered sound. It has the original, specially edited 45 version (still long for a 45 at 4:30) of the 8-plus-minute, over-indulgent album track. Note: This copy comes in its original Silver Spotlight factory sleeve. It has light storage wear that lowers the Label and Vinyl grades to Near Mint, but the grooves preserve pristine Mint audio!
