The City was actually a vehicle for Carole King, who sings lead and plays piano. This was the project that preceded her first solo LP, "Tapestry." This promo has the same song on both sides, which like the retail release is specially edited from a longer (4:10) album track. Note: This beautiful promo copy comes in a vintage Ode Records factory sleeve. The labels and vinyl grade Near Mint with light storage wear. The audio itself sounds pristine!
