This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the
Louise Neal 45 Collection, in its original Atco Records factory sleeve. Talk about a missed boat! By January 1965 when this single was released, the "Girl Group" rock sound had faded with the arrival of the British Invasion and other trends in Pop music. Still, this one needs some recognition: It not only captures the glory of hits like "Then He Kissed Me" but adds an insistent rhythm section that could be the work of a Garage Rock band. The combo is terrific: Have a listen to the mp3 "snippet" I've added to our "jukebox". I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Note: This beautiful promo 45 has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
