The Wind/ Baby Be Mine

Here's a beautiful copy of the 1954 pressing of this great Doo Wop track, which occupies spot #67 on Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest singles. This tune was re-released again in 1960, when it "bubbled under" the Hot 100 chart. Collector Nerd Alert: I believe this is the "dark purple, thick wax" pressing, the most valuable of several variants. Note: This 45 record has Mint labels and untouched-looking vinyl. The audio is a weak Near Mint, with a touch of underlying surface noise.
