This is a beautiful copy of one of the group's most beloved singles. It's interesting to listen to this original pressing again — clearly, this is a different version from that you hear on reissues. It's not just that it's a Mono instead of Stereo mix... there are clear mastering differences as well. For example, the first guitar chord rings quite differently than on the reissues, and Diana's voice isn't drenched in echo as on the reissues. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Hitsville U.S.A. factory sleeve (sleeve is in EX condition with some wrinkling and small tears). The labels grade Near Mint, mainly reflecting a tiny set of initials inked on the A side (hard to see against the dark blue background).
