This group started life—and continues life—as a pseudo-Beach Boys band, specializing in covers of hits by that band, Jan & Dean, and other legendary graduates of the 1960's surf/car school. This single was produced by Beach Boy Bruce Johnston, and the band has been sponsored by and joined by various members of the band over the years. They toured with Jan & Dean during the period when this single was made. Note: This copy comes in a vintage RCA Records factory sleeve.
