Bootzilla/ Vanish In Our Sleep

This great Funk single was William "Bootsy" Collins' biggest hit, and his only chart-topper. Odd thing is, the tune got no airplay on the Pop side of radio. Collins had earlier been bassist for James Brown's band and later for George Clinton's Funk conglomeration. As evidenced by the production and songwriting credits for these tracks, Bootsy and Collins were still best buddies in mutual Funk-itude.
