McLaren was the guy responsible for the New York Dolls and the Sex Pistols--the 1970's punk movement. In the early 1980's, he adopted rap. The B side is an alternative version of the song. While the picture sleeve has no ring wear or top edge wear, it does have a bottom split seam.
