From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original factory sleeve. Credited here as Danny Hortter, Dan Hortter was the founding member and lead singer of the L.A. psych-rock band Yellow Payges, which was active from 1966 to about 1970. This is one of the rare solo singles he cut for Buddah after the group disbanded. Both sides are terrific uptempo power pop... the A side has an almost reggae lilt to it.
