Pata Pata/ Blast Off

This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the collection, in its original Atlantic Records factory sleeve. Two terrific instrumentals, featuring a Latin-tinged cover of the Miriam Makeba tune on the "Plug Side," and an even more impressive Northern Soul-style dance number on the flip. Apparently, "Blast Off" features King Curtis and may also include rhythm guitar by Jimi Hendrix, who was known to play with the Kingpins at this time. Note: This beautiful copy has pristine Mint labels and audio. The vinyl would also grade Mint, but there's a faint, no-impact warp that lowers the Vinyl grade to Near Mint.
