This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original picture sleeve. This 3:35 version is marked on the label as an "Edit" of the album cut. This was the New York metal band's first chart single and one of their biggest hits. Note: The Near Mint picture sleeve has some faint, tiny stain marks from storage near the top edge (some visible in scan). This is also one of those singles released from about 1989 to about 1992 whose picture sleeve has a tiny round sticker reading "When You Play It, Say It!". I've always been curious about what marketing campaign that related to, but have not been curious enough to Google it. :-) Suffice it to say, these stickers were on some new 45 sleeves by default during this period and are not considered to either add or detract from the value of the sleeves. On one side, you can see a couple of very faint marks on the vinyl, which is why this otherwise Mint copy's Vinyl grade is Near Mint.
