Dave Marsh is absolutely correct to pinpoint this as one of the high points of early 1970's soul music. Recorded at Muscle Shoals Sound Studios. This beautiful white-label promo copy has the same Mono recording on both sides. It's marked as an "Edited Version" of the album cut and clocks at 3:20, whereas the retail copies have the full 3:55 version. Note: The vinyl and audio are pristine Mint, and the labels have only the faintest of flaws.
