One of my all-time favorite early 1960s instrumentals, partly because of the top-notch guitar playing, courtesy of Roy Buchanan, and partly because of the powerful drumming by Gregg. I'm not sure who's playing the sax, but he ain't too shabby either. :-) Among Gregg's other recording credits are some album sessions with Bob Dylan. Credited to Bobby Gregg and His Friends, this was a non-album single. Note: This copy's labels are Near Mint, with a small round stain on the A side (see scan). The vinyl looks Near Mint with some light age-wear, and the audio itself is also Near Mint, with just a touch of surface noise noticeable early on.
