The Party Must Be Over/ Pretty Blue Eyes

How come the Brits have all the fun when it comes to rock bands? Here's another minor U.K. band that manages to craft a near-perfect pop confection, with great hooks, time changes, harmonies... you know, like the Beatles. Of course, Whistle didnt even have hits in the U.K., and I think this was their only U.S. single. But how do they do it? And why does no one play them? Well, you can bet I'll be playing this one on my iPod in the months to come... :-)
