Too Hot/ Gangsta's Paradise

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. In the 1990s, 45 records slowly were phased out, resulting in singles like this one with two A sides, since 45s were no longer pressed by default for each single release. In this case, it's the B side that garners Dave Marsh's honors by including it in his 1999 addendum to the list of 1,001 greatest 45s he had compiled a decade earlier. "Gangsta's Paradise" was also a much bigger hit than "Too Hot."
