Your Love Was Good For Me/ Saving My Love For My Baby

This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the Louise Neal collection, in its original factory sleeve. This first pressing on Federal is prized by Northern Soul collectors for its B side. The Deep Soul A side was subsequently released on King 6124, but with a different (and not so collectable) flip. In any case, it would be 2 years before Whitney scored three minor U.S. hits on King. Note: This pristine Mint copy's only notable flaw is a tiny bit of light ringwear on the A side label, which is why the Label grade is Near Mint. Otherwise, after a deep cleaning, the record looks and sounds brand new.
