This extremely rare North Carolina recording really does pack as much punch as Kev Roberts leads you to believe in placing it at #265 in his list of the 500 greatest Northern Soul disks. Fortunately, it's been reissued on this fine U.K. soul series (small hole), so you can enjoy it without spending a fortune. :-)
