This is a lovely 8-song EP from Molina, who wrote all but one of the tracks. The 45 has a small spindle hole and comes in a picture sleeve along with a fold-out insert that explains the origins of the recordings and has more details about them. Well worth seeking out! This is a new, unplayed copy.
