The Rapper/ Born Poor

This single has a rare variant of the Jaggerz 1970 hit, one that many folks probably don't know exists. I suspect it was pulled by the record company fairly early in the song's chart cycle. Why? Well, presumably somebody didn't like the psychedelic-style vocal feedback layered onto the final verse, when he says "...coffee, or tea or me." I don't know, I kinda like it... it's certainly appropriate in a menacing kind of way! The B side is a non-album cut. Note: This beautiful copy has Mint labels and, despite some notable scuffing on the vinyl (styrene), clean, Near Mint audio.
