This rarely seen Joe Walsh single draws two nuggets from his past from a 1978 greatest hits album. The A side originally appeared on Walsh's album
So What?, released right at the point where Walsh joined the Eagles to provide the band a secondâ€â€and punchierâ€â€lead guitar. So it's not surprising that the A side features a slew of Eagles on backing vocals: Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Randy Meisner. This second release has the full (even longer than the 3:47 album version) version rather than a 3:30 edit as on the 1974 single. Chart-wise, it didn't do as well as the 1974 release, which only hit #93. The B side here is the full version of "Rocky Mountain Way" rather than the specially edited version from the 1973 45. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage ABC Records factory sleeve. It has Mint labels and pristine sound.
