Free Bird/ Down South Jukin'

This is a specially edited version (4:41) of the 9:09 LP cut, and, IMHO, is the definitive version of one of the group's signature tunes. (Editing credit goes to Phil Stanley.) Unfortunately, this is not the version that appears on reissues of the group's singles. That honor goes to the live version, released as a single in late 1976. The B side here is a non-album cut. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage MCA Records factory sleeve, and the audio is so close to mint! The label has a small sticker. (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
