Tom Dooley/ Ruby Red

Here's a beautiful copy of the seminal folk music hit that signaled the beginning of a new branch of pop/rock music. The flip, "Ruby Red," is a lively, uptempo affair with some beautiful harmony singing. It's on the purple Capitol label with silver print. Interestingly, the B side was not included on any of the group's albums... it's a non-album cut. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. It grades Near Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
