From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. This is one of the earliest singles by this funk/rap group. The B side is a longer (5:49) version of the A side (4:15). The mix of rap and funk on this track puts it in the vanguard of the soon-to-burgeon rap movement. Note: This single was also released with the brownish red section at the top (see scan) extending across the entire label.
