Where Have You Been (All My Life)/ Soldiers of Love

I had never heard 'Soldier of Love' until Marshall Crenshaw's cover in the early 1980's. When I realized it was another Arthur Alexander nugget, I knew I had to find a copy! This is only the third original I've had for sale in the store since opening in 2001! And this was the B side of another great Alexander recording that actually did hit the pop chart. By the way, it's "Soldier of Love" that's at #533 on Marsh's 1001 list. Speaking of which, this pressing uses the plural of "Soldier" for the title, whereas most copies use the singular. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Dot Records factory sleeve. It grades close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
