Trivia note: From the time Elton John first hit the top 40 with 'Your Song' in 1970, this is the only single he released that failed to reach the top 40 until 'Heartache All Over the World' in 1986. But it's still got to be one of his best and most loved. I'm sure one reason it failed to do better is that it was (!) over 6 minutes long. The promo release did have a severely edited version, but it didn't have the same impact. This is the nicest original pressing of this must-have Elton single I've yet had in the store since opening in 2001. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Uni Records factory sleeve. It has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
