From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy with a drillhole, in its original King factory sleeve. The B side was originally released in 1969 on King 6258. This was Brown's last single on King. After a couple of singles on his own People label, James Brown 45's were released on Polydor. Note: This copy has very light storage wear on the labels.
