The Jonzun Crew is an American electro and early funk–hip hop group from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in the early 1980s by Michael Jonzun, his brothers Maurice Starr and Soni Jonzun, and Carl (Captain Fingers) Fuller. They are known for their fusion of electro, funk, and pop, which played a pivotal role in the proliferation of the electro-funk genre. The group's most influential work, "Pack Jam (Look Out for The OVC)," released in 1982, has been sampled by numerous artists in various genres, underlining their significant impact on the music industry.
