Little Joe & the Thrillers were an American doo-wop group from Philadelphia, most active in the late 1950s. Led by vocalist "Little Joe" Cook, they are best known for their hit single "Peanuts", which peaked at number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1957. Their style was characterized by tight harmonies and smooth, upbeat rhythms, typical of the doo-wop genre. Despite their brief stint in the spotlight, Little Joe & the Thrillers left a lasting mark on the early development of rock and roll.
