This is a beautiful stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. The former Jefferson Airplane pilot goes for a big rock ballad on this 45 and hit gold in 1981. The 45 grades Near Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio), with the A-side label having a small star penned on it. The sleeve is likewise Near Mint with some light ringwear.
