Second time in the store for this obscurity, which was a more modest hit than some of his more commonly known tunes. The record has some light surface scuffs.  The labels and a Mint, and the audio is very close to Mint.The sleeve has age-appropriate top edge wear and some light sticker residue from an original price sticker i expect.
