Teegarden & Van Winkle were an American rock duo active from the late 1960s to the early 1970s, comprising of organist Skip "Van Winkle" Knape and drummer David Teegarden. They are best known for their Top 40 hit "God, Love and Rock & Roll" and their distinctive sound, a combination of rock with rhythm and blues elements underlined by Teegarden's unique drumming style and Van Winkle's virtuosic organ playing.
