The Browns

The Browns were an American country and folk music vocal trio, known for their smooth harmonies and rich, melodic sound. Consisting of siblings Jim Ed, Maxine, and Bonnie Brown, the group achieved significant success in the late 1950s and early 1960s, notably with their million-selling record, "The Three Bells". Their blend of traditional country and folk with pop influences remains distinctive, contributing to the evolution of the Nashville sound. Despite their disbandment in 1967, The Browns left a lasting impact on the country and folk music genres.
