The Marmalade

The Marmalade is a Scottish pop rock band that first achieved prominence in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Known for their harmonious vocals and guitar-driven sound, they were pioneers in the British music scene. Their most significant contribution to music history is their international hit "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," which was the first single by a Scottish group to reach the top of the UK charts. The band's original lineup included notable members such as lead vocalist Dean Ford and guitarist Junior Campbell.
