The Paris Sisters

The Paris Sisters were an American pop music vocal trio active from the 1950s to the 1960s, consisting of sisters Albeth, Sherrell, and Priscilla Paris. They are notable for their distinctive sound, characterized by Priscilla's breathy lead vocals and the harmonious backing of Albeth and Sherrell, a style that was influential in the girl group era of the 1960s. The Paris Sisters achieved their greatest success in collaboration with producer Phil Spector, particularly on the 1961 hit "I Love How You Love Me," which showcased Spector's "Wall of Sound" production technique. Despite their brief period of success, the group's fusion of pop and rhythm and blues elements left a significant mark on the music of the time.
