The Rockets, also known as Crazy Horse, was an American rock band that was active from the late 1960s to the mid-1970s. The band was known for its gritty rock sound and is most notable for its collaborations with Neil Young, particularly on his album "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere". Notable band members included Billy Talbot, Ralph Molina, and Danny Whitten, the latter of whom wrote "I Don't Want To Talk About It", a song later covered by artists including Rod Stewart and Everything But The Girl. The Rockets' contribution to the development of hard rock and their role in Young's early career cement their place in music history.
