This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original picture sleeve. Well, the Bangles had just hit big with an old Paul Simon tune ("Hazy Shade of Winter"), so why not a remake of "Cecilia"... this time in a Techno/Synth Pop style? Unfortunately, this very effective cover of the 1971 Simon & Garfunkel hit didn't catch on, becoming the second -- and last -- chart single this California duo enjoyed.
