Yarbrough & Peoples was an American urban contemporary duo from Dallas, Texas, consisting of Cavin Yarbrough and Alisa Peoples. They made a significant impact in the early 1980s with a synth-heavy R&B style, best known for their number one R&B hit "Don't Stop the Music," which also reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100.
